Our role

In the event that you order goods or services from a real estate agent you find via this website, a contract will be formed directly between you and the relevant real estate agent, should you choose to enter into such contract. Our relationship to you is that of an independent contractor. We are not an agent employed by, you or any real estate agent. If you have any doubts about the ability of a real estate agent to discharge its obligations, it is your responsibility to make all necessary enquiries in advance and to take any steps which you consider to be appropriate in the circumstances.

Seller referral agreement

You understand that if you ask us to locate a real estate agent via this web site for the purpose that the real estate agent will sell your property the following will occur:
(a) the real estate agent will agree to pay us 20% of their proposed selling commission for locating a potential vendor who will use their service (“our commission”);
(b) if a sale occurs the real estate agent must pay us our commission within 7 days of the agent receiving their commission.
